User Control

You can assign Moderators to Police your chat rooms. Moderators can Kick and Ban users from rooms where they Moderator Permissions.

Flood Control

If a user continually floods the chat with nonsense they will be automatically banned. Threshold and ban time for this are fully configurable.

Message Input JChat boasts a fully WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) input interface, with many tools such as the classic "bold, italic. underline" as well as more advanced features such as image and smiley inclusion.
